Shipping & Returns

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The processing time for orders is 2-5 business days. UK shipping is 2-3 days and 6-7 business days internationally.

Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email that your items have been dispatched.

Please be aware that these times may be effected during the current circumstances. Royal Mail are experiencing delays so UK packages could take up to 8 working days to arrive once shipped.

Please be aware that if you have provided the incorrect address, you must email/dm me as soon as possible. If you do not email/dm me quick enough your package will have been shipped and I cannot fix it.

Once your order has been shipped, TA’s Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. If your package has been lost, stolen or damaged please email Royal Mail/Hermes as soon as possible.

We do not offer refunds unless items were incorrectly sent. Incorrect items must be reported 12 hours after package is delivered. Items can not be returned due to sanitary reasons. All sales are final, please be aware of this before purchasing.
